Refund Policy
Here’s how refunds work in the library. I’ve kept it short and honest, so there are no surprises after you buy.
All sales are final
I’d far rather you feel sure before you buy than disappointed after. So if you’re on the fence, read the full description on the product page, or email me first with any question. I’m happy to help you decide whether a guide is right for where you are in your writing.
The free blueprint
The Meaningful Story Ideas Blueprint is free, so there’s nothing to refund. If you’d rather not hear from me again, you can unsubscribe from any email and that’s that.
If something’s wrong with your order
This is different from a refund. If your guide didn’t arrive, the file won’t open, or you received the wrong item — please email me at everywriterneedsthis@gmail.com and I’ll make it right, usually by re-sending it. You shouldn’t pay for something you never actually received.
Lemon Squeezy’s role
Payments here are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. As part of that role, Lemon Squeezy reserves the right to issue a refund within 60 days of purchase at its own discretion — for example, to resolve a dispute or prevent a chargeback. That’s their policy as the seller of record, and it sits alongside the “all sales final” policy above.
Before you dispute a charge
If something looks wrong on your statement (remember, it appears as Lemon Squeezy, not “Mary”), please reach out before filing a chargeback with your bank. A quick email almost always sorts it out faster — and more kindly — than a formal dispute.
Getting in touch
Email me at everywriterneedsthis@gmail.com for anything about your order. For billing specifics, Lemon Squeezy’s support details are on the email receipt you received at checkout.
